Executive Vice President of Real Estate
Prior to joining the Tutera team, Kansas City native and Executive Vice President of Real Estate Matt Kaushal spent the majority of his career in private equity and commercial real estate. He served diverse asset classes, including mixed-use residential, retail, office, medical and infrastructure development, helping clients manage their portfolios and execute accretive real estate investments. Now he oversees our commercial portfolio, driving value and NOI growth for clients and implementing our overall investment strategy.

When he’s not working hard for our clients, you’ll find Matt spending time with his wife, Kelly. After moving back to Kansas City in 2019, the couple welcomed their first child in August of 2020 and are excited to be back home near family and friends.
