Build-to-Suit Starbucks
Our former pad site and two-story parking garage on 90th and State Line Road has been developed into a brand new 2,100 sq. ft. build-to-suit Starbucks coffeehouse. The new site incorporates the second level of the parking garage for its drive-thru stacking as well as customer and employee parking.
Tutera Real Estate & Development partnered with Phillco Construction, Klover Architects, Bob D. Campbell & Co., and Olsson Engineers to complete this project.
