EZ Express Car Washes - Nashville, TN
Tutera Real Estate and Development is leading the development of two EZ Express Car Wash sites in the Nashville Metro area.
These two sites, Old Hickory and Murfreesboro, will be a 4,500 sqft and a 6,300 sqft car wash, respectively. Both will be fit with a 100ft tunnel and state-of-the-art equipment.
We are partnering with CMR Partners and Fusion Architecture to make this development possible.
Construction is expected to begin in Fall, 2023
